Dressing Up for Comfort and Pleasure

Dressing up

When it comes to dressing up, the new trend is to stay locked down, and in some cases, this can lead to some hilarious results. The influx of jogging pants was temporary, however, and celebrities like Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber curled up in tracksuits to study piano, and Hrithik Roshan turned up to a team meeting dressed as a penguin. And, of course, the Met Gala.

Children love to pretend, and playing dress up can help them do just that. Dressing up in different situations provides them with opportunities to try out different roles and develop their cognitive skills. They can also exercise their imagination by substituting items and acting out different scenarios. This helps them learn important social and emotional development skills. They can even act out different realities they see around them. And because dressing up is so much fun, children may even want to do it more often!
